Post Name: Digital Marketing Specialist

Overview

We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated enterprise software sales professional to manage our company's territory. The person in this position will be responsible for selling and supporting both end users and channel partners and will utilize all routes to market. By understanding the client's business and the industry in which they compete, sales and marketing specialist can help simplify all of the company's operations with related IT initiatives.

Terms and Condition

First one month must complete the company’s minimum target. So, you have to sell products worth BDT 100000 per month. Indeed the basic salary will be added 10% commission on the total sales of each product if you can sell products more than BDT 100000 (Some of the products mentioned may not have 10% commission.)

Responsibilities

• The product has to be marketed in the field according to the time given by the company.
• Products must be sale according to the demand of the company.
• We need to build a very close relationship with the client which is very readily available for later product sales.
• Highlight the use and benefits of each product in front of the client.
• If you face obstacles to the client, you have to impress the client with utmost patience.
• Help other team as needed.
• Increase routing with the upper echelons of the company by explaining the needs of the clients and identifying their exact problems.
• Promote business growth strategies to retailers and other merchants through successful field marketing programs.

Qualification

• However, we are mainly looking for a skill full employee in marketing with any software.
• At lest 1 years experience in field marketing or online marketing with any software feature knowledge and corporate level.
• Must have enlightenment about communication and client handling skills.
• Must be able to competitive in multiple projects at the same time.
• Proper Knowledge about social media platforms.
• Knowledge of content management systems.
• General Knowledge about any software and feature.
• Must you have to be proficient in using laptop, desktop and others.
• Written and oral English knowledge in communication.
• Confident with dynamic personality.
• Must have the ability to find specific clients.
• Must have idea about smartness.
